What is the prediction based on?

Many people who deny "predictions" believe that predictions are based on guesswork.

The true prediction is based on the mastery of trend patterns.

According to the trend patterns, understand the status of past and present trends, and then make predictions about future trends under the guidance of these patterns.

So, do you deny having a grasp of the trends? Or do you question the predictions based on the trends?

If it is the latter, what is the significance of your understanding of the trend patterns?

If it's the former, are you denying the existence of trend patterns?

Then why bother learning technical analysis? Isn't it easier to just roll the dice?
