Having been in the Crypto Assets market for nearly ten years, experiencing several ups and downs, I have deeply understood a simple yet effective investment strategy. Although this method may seem ordinary, it can steadily appreciate in a volatile market.
After years of practice and observation, I have found that the Crypto Assets market has its unique cyclicality. Typically, bull markets last for six months to a year, while bear markets may extend for one to two years. The entire cycle takes about three to four years to complete a round.
To succeed in this market, the key is to seize every opportunity of each bull market. If one can achieve at least a 50% return in every bull market, it is enough to surpass traditional wealth management, stock, and fund investments. This rate of return is not a castle in the air, but is based on the objective laws of market cycles.
My investment strategy mainly consists of two core principles:
First, be patient and position yourself during the bear market. While accurately predicting the market bottom is nearly impossible, it is a good time to gradually accumulate when Bitcoin loses attention and the entire industry is in a slump. This stage may last a year or longer, requiring investors to maintain sufficient patience.
Secondly, focus on mainstream Crypto Assets. Bitcoin and Ethereum, as the leaders of the industry, are always the safest choices. Although they may not bring huge profits, buying in a bear market and selling in a bull market with an increase of over 50% is a highly probable event. For large funds, this is the best choice.
In addition, some strong-performing public chain projects, high-quality infrastructure tokens, and certain well-known exchange platform coins are also worth paying attention to. However, regardless, mainstream coins should always be the focus of the investment portfolio.
This strategy, although simple, requires great patience and self-discipline. Staying calm during market frenzy and being bold in positioning during downturns is the key to truly profiting from the cyclical nature of Crypto Assets. Remember, in this market, it is often the simplest strategies that are the most effective.
